Damac's FM arm wins ISO 9001 Certification

DAMAC’s facilities management arm, Luxury Owner Association Management Services (LOAMS), has been certified by the British Standard Institution (BSI) Middle East and Africa for successfully implementing the ISO Standard for Quality Management (ISO 9001: 2008).

The quality certification received, covers main aspects related to management and administration of jointly-owned properties and governance of the owners associations.

Luxury Owner Association Management Services (LOAMS) is the Owners Association Manager for several buildings of DAMAC Properties including Ocean Heights, Park Towers, Marina Terrace, the Waves and many other buildings.

Niall McLoughlin, senior VP-DAMAC Properties said: “We are proud to announce that all the efforts of LOAMS have been compensated with the achievement of ISO certification granted by BSI, and with this prestigious certification, LOAMS joins the handful of certified association management firms in the region to have a Quality Management System.”

He added: “ISO certification represents the commitment of LOAMS to provide and sustain quality service, seeking win-win relationships with the board and association. It also reinforces the team’s continual improvement process through feedback from our customers and daily operations.”
